Supporting Rialto’s Launch on Robinhood Chain
Rialto is coming out of stealth with a clear ambition: rebuild capital markets onchain.
Offchain is proud to support Rialto as it launches on Robinhood Chain and the Arbitrum Platform, bringing a new onchain spot exchange to market for crypto, stock tokens, ETFs, commodities, pre-IPO exposure, and other tokenized assets.
Rialto is building a PropAMM-driven trading venue designed for the convergence of crypto and traditional finance. Its goal is to make onchain markets more competitive, more composable, and more accessible, while improving the quality of execution users can expect from decentralized infrastructure.
For years, onchain trading has offered openness and transparency, but often came with trade-offs in execution quality. That is beginning to change.
With Robinhood Chain built using the Arbitrum Platform, teams like Rialto can build new market structures on infrastructure designed for speed, flexibility, and Ethereum connectivity. Features like fast block times, Stylus support, and composability create a strong foundation for more advanced onchain trading environments.
Rialto’s PropAMM model is an important part of that shift. By bringing liquidity management, pricing logic, and market structure directly onchain, Rialto is helping create a trading environment where decentralized venues can better compete with traditional and centralized exchanges.
At launch, Rialto plans to support 90+ Robinhood Stock Tokens and major crypto assets on Robinhood Chain. Its own PropAMM, Rivo Altus, will provide baseline liquidity across listed markets, while Rialto also works with market makers and institutional liquidity providers.
