Ed Felten
Co-Founder & Chief Scientist
Ed is a renowned computer scientist and former White House Deputy CTO. Previously a Princeton professor, he is an expert in cryptography and security, and brings decades of technical leadership and academic excellence to Offchain.
Steven Goldfeder
Co-Founder & CEO
Steven holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Princeton, where he focused on applied cryptography. He leads Offchain with a deep commitment to building secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure.
Harry Kalodner
Co-Founder & CTO
Harry is a systems researcher with a background in cryptocurrency and privacy and drives the technical vision behind Offchain and the Arbitrum protocol. Harry attended Princeton University prior to founding Arbitrum.
A.J. Warner
Chief Strategy Officer
A.J. leverages deep legal expertise and blockchain acumen to architect partnerships and strategies that drive blockchain adoption. A.J. graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva University and has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a JD from NYU School of Law.
